Title:
[Toshiba U300] When turned on, Bluetooth continually switches on and
  off

Status in bluez package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
This bug seems to only apply to the Toshiba U300; Bluetooth works perfectly
on a Macbook 6,1.
If Bluetooth is turned on, it toggles on and off very quickly, forever, until
I turn off bluetooth in bluetooth-applet.
