For Bay-Trail tablets, the battery controller is using I2C bus , which
needs the kernel to be compiled with symble ACPI_I2C_OPREGION [=y] (ref:
https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/44582). Otherwise the battery status &
information is unavailable. Ubuntu 16.04lts x86_64, Kernel
