Thanks for your mail.
The issue was solved two distributions after.
Today I have not problem with the hibernation.
Now I'm using 12.04 LTS release and all is OK.

  Can't resume after hibernate or suspend (nouveau and nvidia-current)

Bug description:
  When the system goes on suspend because of time, or when I choose
  Hibernate the system can't resume. The only way to make it start up is
  a HW restart or turn it off and on.
