Hardware accelerated video decoding causes GPU crash (radeon driver)

Bug description:
SMPlayer with vdpau output plays video ok, but after stopping video in
few seconds system freezes. I attach smplayer.log with syslog messages
during crash. The same happens with Kodi. I attach kodi.log with
syslog messages during crash.
WORKAROUND: Don't use hardware acceleration.
