Public bug reported:

Hello,

The touchpad on the HP Pavilion X2 is not configured properly by hid_rmi
and therefore is not detected at all later on by Xorg.

The following can be seen in kern.log:

I'll attach dmesg, devices & xOrg log to this bug.

Workaround: touchpad can be detected by hid_generic if blacklisting
hid_rmi but is then lacking scrolling/multi-touch functionalities.
