I think the backport to support Broxton in a v4.4 kernel is going to be
too intrusive for an SRU. There was enormous API churn between v4.4 and
41bad47 within the drivers/cpufreq directory. The next HWE kernel
(Yakkety v4.8) will definitely support Broxton.
