I can't think of a good reason for it not being packaged with the official Ubuntu ZFS support. The ZoL PPA includes the script and crontabs, so why isn't in the official repositories too? https://github.com/zfsonlinux/zfs-auto-snapshot lsb_release ----------------- Description: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS Release: 16.04 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/zfs-linux/+bug/1602409/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~kernel-packages Post to : kernel-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~kernel-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
