Title:
  HDMi sound speed reduced : Intel GPU

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Since 16.04 on my Broadwell Low power Intel Mini PC, the sound ( and
  video) is playing really low speed which change any sound played on
  the PC.

  TO overcome that I need to use the i915.disable_power_well=0 grub
  switch.

  I woud be great to have this work as default.

  the problem reappear after the machine goes out of sleep
