I upgraded to kernel 3.13.0-106-generic and verified the nvme module is
included in the linux-image package.

Bug description:
  The nvme driver is in the -extra package but should be in the linux-
  image package, to avoid the overhead of having to install the -extra
  package just to get the nvme driver.
