Public bug reported: Since I have upgraded my Kernel to 3.8.0-30.44, peripherals (DVI-D Display, USB Mouse, USB Keyboard) connected trough the E-port port replicator are no more recognized by the system and doesn't work anymore.
If I revert the kernel to 3.8.0-25.37, the problem disappear. I use Ubuntu 13.04. ** Affects: linux (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Attachment added: "logs on a running system (3.8.0.25.37)" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1238596/+attachment/3874217/+files/running.log.zip -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed to linux-meta in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1238596 Title: Peripherals trough Dell E-port port replicator not recognized Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Since I have upgraded my Kernel to 3.8.0-30.44, peripherals (DVI-D Display, USB Mouse, USB Keyboard) connected trough the E-port port replicator are no more recognized by the system and doesn't work anymore.
