---Problem Description---
Ibmvscsi Target driver isn't working properly due to a bug where we are 
sleeping in an interrupt context, also the max transfer length is incorrectly 
assuming 4k page tables instead of 64k for ppc64.

 Use TCMU-Runner with AIX clients

Need three of these patches back ported to 4.4 kernel / 4.8 kernel. It
has all been queued up for 4.10 kernel under target-devel subsystem.
