Title: Installation/Live-System freezes on Splash screen Status in linux package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: A USB Stick prepared with 16.04.1 no matter whether "Try Ubuntu" or "Install" is chosen, it freezes on splash-Screen. With "quiet splash" removed, I get the output on the picture attached.
