no usb neither touch screen when resuming

Bug description:
When resuming after computer goes into sleep mode (manually or automatically),
if I plug usb key (or SD card) nothing happen
if I touch the screen it does not work either.
Running kernel 4.4
I try to install kernel 4.6 but it does the same : no usb neither touch
screen after resuming.
