Looks like this problem is not happening on suspend/resume for my 17.04 - Dell XPS 15 9550.

I've tried to ping a known IP and it works ok though. My normal solution is to restart the network totally (haven't found a smaller way to fix the skewed DNS server locally): sudo systemctl restart network-manager.service Not sure if I should report this on other package related to the DNS systemd resolve?
