Bug description:
The built-in Wi-Fi on the Dell Edge 3003 is not working. It works in
16.04.1 but not in 16.04.3 or 17.04. Both server and desktop versions
were tested. The Wi-Fi device is an RSI 915 connected on the SDIO
bus.
