[Test Case] 1) Connect onboard NIC of a Mustang to a 100Mbit switch. I reproduced with both a Linksys WRT54GL and an old unmanaged Netgear switch. 2) Try to use it (e.g. dhclient) [Regression Risk] The fix is restricted to the xgene_enet driver, which limits the regression exposure to APM X-Gene systems.
