bcmwl breaks with 4.11+ kernels

Bug description:
SRU Justification:
Impact: bcmwl breaks with 4.11+ kernels (including hwe-edge kernel and
custom kernels).
Fix: Member last_rx is not available anymore in struct net_device and
it's not really necessary for 4.11+ kernels.
Testcase: The dkms must install without errors in 4.11+ kernels.
