Alt Gr selects text

Bug description:
When I search name on Facebook and other webpages on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
in polish and use Alt Gr with some polish letters it selects all text
instead add new letter with a tail. That is only when I have activated
automatic login in Ubuntu.
