*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 1531653 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1531653
I am away from home for a couple of months and don't have access to an sdcard to test with at the moment. Is there anything that's still useful for my to try with this latest kernel, even just if the kernel detects the reader without a card in it since this doesn't currently work at all. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed to linux in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1730505 Title: [MacBookPro12,1] SD Card Reader not working Status in linux package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: Related bug to this one: bug #1531653 ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 16.04 Package: linux-image-4.4.0-98-generic 4.4.0-98.121 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 4.4.0-98.121-generic 4.4.90 Uname: Linux 4.4.0-98-generic x86_64 ApportVersion: 2.20.1-0ubuntu2.10 Architecture: amd64 AudioDevicesInUse: USER PID ACCESS COMMAND /dev/snd/controlC0: jhodapp 4369 F.... pulseaudio /dev/snd/pcmC1D0p: jhodapp 4369 F...m pulseaudio /dev/snd/controlC1: jhodapp 4369 F.... pulseaudio CurrentDesktop: Unity Date: Mon Nov 6 15:23:15 2017 HibernationDevice: RESUME=UUID=a9029808-b026-4ab1-808a-d0058e8f30b6 InstallationDate: Installed on 2015-08-02 (827 days ago) InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 15.04 "Vivid Vervet" - Release amd64 (20150422) Lsusb: Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0003 Linux Foundation 3.0 root hub Bus 001 Device 004: ID 05ac:0273 Apple, Inc.
