Bug description:
I am using ubuntu 17.10 and new to ubuntu and linux. I used this
command "apt-cache policy pkgname" and the result is "unable to locate
package pkgname". I use a package called brightness controller because
my monitor is Samsung Syncmaster SA10 and it doesn't have any buttons
to control brightness. Now, that package is not reducing the
brightness. Sometimes, when i open firefox, screen displays 60deg pink
and white lines and hangs and then, i'll restrat my pc by pressing the
restart button on CPU. This bug reporting screen is automatically
opened, when i was updating the package via package manager.
