Just to confirm.  Do you only require this commit in linux-azure Bionic?
Or is it also needed in linux-azure Xenial, which is 4.13 based?

Bug description:
  Please pick this upstream commit in 18.04 release.
  This is required if a large number of records are injected into a pool, which 
can cause the kvp daemon to crash.

  We found this to be missing from bionic server daily image.
