The sb_edac needs this patch to enable EDAC to know of the existence of
some DIMMs attached to channels while figuring out the size of the DIMMs
and the cluster mode is SNC2 or SNC4.

A test kernel was built with this patch and tested by the original bug
reporter.
The bug reporter states the test kernel resolved the bug.
Please backport the following patch:

to solve the sb_edac driver issue on Ubuntu 17.10.
