WNDA3100 802.11n) spews phy2 errors in the kernel ring buffer (easily seen in dmesg output) after which I must remove it and reinsert it for it to reassociate with the wireless access point and obtain a dhcp lease. This symptom occurs regardless of access point (manufacturer, open/wep/wpa/wpa2) configuration. I am able to reproduce this symptom on Cisco, Netgear, D-Link access points both with and without stock manufacturer firmwares.
