Bug description:
  Currently I have to physically reconnect USB keyboard to be able to
  use it.

  The symptoms like in  Bug #512510

  I have been using this keyboard for three years.
  It worked well in ubuntu 10.04, 10.10, 11.04, 11.10, 12.04.

  The problem appeared in ubuntu 12.10 only.
