Bug description:
In Bionic with kernel 4.15 when connecting rtl8188ee wifi to WPA2
Enterprise it doesn't get ip address.
It worked with kernel 4.13 from Artful.
Also works with: https://github.com/lwfinger/rtlwifi_new
