Public bug reported:

Since 3.11.0-13-generic, I've been encountering the following kernel
oops. I can trigger it quite reliably by watching full-screen videos on
YouTube using google-chrome (Version 31.0.1650.48) for roughly 10
minutes. Once the oops happens, the system remains up, but certain
programs (like top) start hanging and a reboot is needed to restore full
functionality.

I've tried using 3.12.0-999-generic (3.12.0-999.201311080433), but get
the same problem there. I don't get the oops when booting into
3.11.0-12-generic, so I suspect the problem was introduced in
3.11.0-13-generic (especially since I see there were some changes made
related to the shmat system call).

Attached is the oops from dmesg. The EIP location and stack-trace are
identical for all the oops I've seen so far.
