Public bug reported: When i am trying tu uipgarde from 14,04 to 16.04 (ubuntu) when the process starts, a crash occurs: first step {preparandola actualizacion} "preparing the update" runs ok. the process crash in the "second step" called {configurando nuevos canales de software} "configuring new software channels" with the error message {No se ha podido calcular la actualizacion} "enable to calculate the update" the third possible cause is {paquetes no oficiales de software no proporcionados por ubuntu} "non-official packages don't provided for ubuntu" looks is my issue. I have disabled third part sources from the configuration, but there must be something else because it even does not work.
