Also in future, be sure not to install graphics drivers manually from
Nvidia because technically this isn't the right place to discuss their
failure.
Instead (next time but not now) you should install the driver by:
sudo apt install nvidia-driver-390

Few days ago the NVIDIA driver and display was working fine. But now
its unable to load nvidia driers. I uninstalled and reinstalled nvidia
drivers but it isn't working now. 'lsmod | grep nvidia' isn't working.
Neither nvidia-settings opening.
