Impossible to tie it down to upgrade or specific action or app at this point, been happening unpredictably over last month or so, it could be related to recent requirement to use Skype/VCC for work....I'll try installing the latest upstream mainline and see how it goes and let you know. May take while as I can't reliably reproduce the issue, usually seems to happen during computer idle time mid work session....

I would expect it's one of the following: Google Chrome plugin (need to use for work) Skype (from Microsoft Skype directly, not Snap which caused issues immediately!)
