Title:
Touchpad doesn't work well after upgrade to 18.04

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I upgraded my laptop (Dell XPS 13, older version) to 18.04. Now the
touchpad doesn't work, unless I hit it very hard. How do I increase
the sensitivity of the touchpad so I can use it like I've always done?
It always worked well, until the upgrade.
