It is stuck at the starting shutdown/reboot stage This is a clean install. I have tried this on 16.04 as well as 18.04 latest updated version and the issue still persists. Tried all options provided on the net by adding acpi off reboot pci reboot bios etc etc, none worked. Hence reporting this issue. In order to turn off the machine or reboot the machine must be swtiched off by pressing the power button. Hope a fix is provided, really getting irritated by this issue. Have more than 20 machines that are affected by this.
