Title:
Updating breaks wifi on Intel Compute Stick

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
On an Intel Compute Stick model STCK1A8LFC the stock install works fine.
  The default kernel:
   uname -a
  Linux joe-STCK1A8LFC 3.16.0-34-generic #47~14.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Fri Apr 10
17:49:16 UTC 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

When an apt-get update/upgrade is run all network connectivity is
  lost.

Run wpa_cli scan shows no networks at all.

A return to the factory default returns connectivity.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Cheers,-Joe
