Title:
Keyborad and Touchpad ob Fujitsu Lifebook E546 don't work with Kernel
  4.15.0-39

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
With Kernel 4.15.0-38 instead of Kernel 4.15.0-39 keyboard and
  touchpad (ELANtech) work well.

With 39 Version the touchpad doesn't work at all, the keyboard gets only
every 2nd fingertip and on the other hand multiplicates every 3rd letter.
