Ubuntu 18.10 Bluez Version: 5.50-0ubuntu1 After changing batteries in my bluetooth mouse, it is connected but doesn't work (no movement or clicking). Fix is to re-pair it.

Sometimes rmmod all bluetooth modules helps, sometimes restart is just faster.
