Hi Clement Yuan, thanks for the attachments, however it looks like this is the output for 4.15.0-47, can you try to boot with an older kernel that without this issue and provide these information again?
In the mean time, I am trying to install Ubuntu 18.04 on XFS file system for the Dell G7 here to see if that is a cause (although the HW is a bit different from yours, graphic card is GTX1060, wireless card is Atheros QCA6174.) But I can't boot the system with root file system install on a XFS partition, what is your configuration? And how did you install your / to the XFS filesystem? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed to linux in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1821027 Title: Boot time increase since 4.15.0-46 on Dell G7 7588 Status in linux package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: Hi Ubuntu Team, My laptop take more than 45 sec to boot up Ubuntu.
