Today I installed Ubuntu Studio 18.10 64bit, after install I updated
4.18.0-18-lowlatency and now instead of what I observed in 4.15 kernels, see
that IRQ16 nobody cares does not occur and my mouse is OK. A780gm-a
motherboard , SB700.
Happier that I have progress but note I have IRQ18 nobody cares event and an
IRQ18 disabled occurring. Moving my mouse to the front panel exhibits same
laggy behavior.
