Just installed a fresh installation of ubuntu 19 on our server and we're
having a lot of carrier-lost erros.

There is no really good indicaton why this is hapening.

Tried the following : disabled ipv6 (just to be sure), on nic set GSO,GRO,TSO
to off.
removed netplan, switched to systemd-networkd and added configurewithoutcarrier
to true, the option ignorecarrierlost is not accepted by systemd.

Description: Ubuntu 19.04
Release: 19.04
