Bug description:
I am using a toshiba Qosmio x505-887, Running Ubuntu 10.10 up to date
and see this message in dmesg
[ 1.762496] PCI: Using host bridge windows from ACPI; if necessary,
use "pci=nocrs" and report a bug
I am not sure if this is related to a package or not. My system BIOS
is as updated as Toshiba gets.
:~$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 10.10
Release: 10.10
Linux FEDUAV 2.6.35-23-generic #36-Ubuntu SMP Tue Oct 26 17:13:06 UTC 2010
x86_64 GNU/Linux
was there on previous kernel as well.
I have yet to try this as a boot option on my system, I have only been
having that I know of so far issues with my wifi but thats a realtek
driver issue. I have not noticed or seen any other problems as of yet.
With that I am not sure as to what other info I should post yet that
would be of help. Please let me know what else I should post to be
able to help with this issue or any logs or what not. Thanks for any
info and or help with this.
