  04:00.0 Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8169 PCI Gigabit Ethernet 
Controller (rev 10)
  06:00.0 Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit 
Ethernet Controller (rev 06)

  Speed (esp upstream) decreases after short time. 
  Temporary solved simply by ifdown eth0 & ifup eth0 
  Kernel driver currently in use
  18.04.3 LTS is currenty not offering newer 4.17+

  Any other suggestions ?
