Public bug reported:

I have no further information, sadly. The boot stops at the message "EFI
stub: UEFI Secure Boot is enabled". Disabling secure boot or selecting
an older kernel both work fine.

** Affects: linux (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Incomplete
