Bug description:
When my laptop is connected to a second monitor via the VGA port on
the Dell 4-in-1 adapter, the mouse cursor flickers. DisplayLink driver
5.2.14 is used.
WORKAROUND: As per
https://github.com/DisplayLink/evdi/issues/29#issuecomment-479529359 add to
file:
/usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/21-displaylink.conf
the following and reboot:
