XPS 13 9350 is not found in Ubuntu-certified directory. Removed the tag. Besides, I thought it should[1] equips DW1820A 2x2 802.11ac 2.4/5GHz, which should be compatible with Broadcom BCM4350[2], but your log shows as IntelĀ® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260. Is that an manually upgraded one? >From the support page[3] it shows that's only compatible with XPS 15 9550 and Precision 5510.
