Fix: Similar issues in the past have been fixed by switching inline to __always_inline for affected functions. The same changes fixes the build failure her. Test Case: Build for s390x with zfs and the debug patches enabled. Without the patch we get the above error. With the patch the build is successful. Regressoin Potential: Unlikely to cause regressions, and fixes a build error.
