  Trackpad scrolling and taps not working on resume

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Lenovo Thinkpad T480
  Ubuntu 18.04.03

  On resume (e.g. after closing and then opening lid), the track pad
  will no longer allow me to scroll, tap or drag.

  The problem can be temporarily resolved by entering the following
  commands into the terminal...

  sudo modprobe -r psmouse && sudo modprobe psmouse
