  system load gradually increase, until a forced shutdown kernel
  5.3.0-23 and above

Bug description:
  There is no issues with kernel 5.3.0-19. the issue is from kernel
  5.3.0-23 and above. 20-22 were not tested.

  
  The freeze is related to nvme drive access.

  it can be tested with the following command.

  sudo /usr/sbin/grub-probe --device /dev/nvme1n1p2 --target=fs_uuid

  This command freezes on kernel with the bug.
