Hey,

Followed your steps and still seeing the problem, but in case this is a
clue:

My wifi seemed to be working normally at first. After about two minutes
of ping acting normally and browsing I tried doing `sudo service
network-manager restart` to see if the problem came back and it indeed
returned right away. You can see where I ran the restart command in the
timestamps in the attached dmesg output.

Title:
iwlwifi breaking on dell precision 7740 with Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  0

I'm running an up-to-date version of the dev branch and have had a
problem since I first installed it.

I'm on a new Dell Precision 7740, with:

  Intel i9-9880H

  Radeon Pro WX 3200

  and network card is:

  Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 2x2 .11ax 160MHz + Bluetooth 5.0 Driver

I'm getting a bunch of problems. Packet loss varies from 15%-35%,
often I can't load anything when I'm on wifi. Also sometimes `ping`
  errors out with:

From 192.168.1.247 icmp_seq=138 Destination Host Unreachable
