@hui: okay, now it works, had to do "sudo ln -s /lib/firmware/intel/sof /sof-cnl.ri /lib/firmware/intel/sof/sof-cfl.ri", instead of "sudo ln -s /lib/firmware/intel/sof-cnl.ri /lib/firmware/intel/sof-cfl.ri" as in #12
