Public bug reported:

On a fresh install of Ubuntu 20.04, WiFi connection is extremely slow.

For example loading https://ubuntu.com takes 200 seconds on WiFi and 2 seconds
over ethernet.
On the same computer, Windows 10 has no such problems with WiFi.

The chipset of the laptop is an Intel Corporation Wireless 7265 [8086:095a]
(rev 59)
 using the iwlwifi driver.

This issue was not present on my previous Ubuntu 18.04 install.

The issue is present on the latest 5.4.0-26-generic kernel and is also
present on the -25 -24 kernels.
