Bug description:
  Our raspberry pi kernel builds don't include the v3d drm driver
  (The relevant diff between the raspbian kernel config and ours)
  -CONFIG_DRM_V3D=m
  +# CONFIG_DRM_V3D is not set

  This means 3D acceleration is unavailable on our Pi 4 images.
