Bug description:
kernel 4.15.99 & Cinamon Mint 19.1 freeze on suspend / resume on
desktop every time. At first lights on front board blink, but then
stop blinking and screen stays black. With previous kernels it
happened from time to time (once per month or so), now it happens
every day.
